Senior Implementation Executive

S4labour, established in 2010, is a hospitality software organisation focused on improving productivity within the sector. Our flagship product, S4labour, optimises labour scheduling and management.

We are growing rapidly, with over 1,500 UK sites and an annual growth rate of ~50%.

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Executive to take new hospitality customers from signed contract to successful go‑live.

Job Purpose: Own the onboarding journey, set up the system, deliver tailored training, and ensure customers use S4labour with confidence.

Reports to: Head of Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding process for new hospitality customers.
  • Work with Sales to understand customer requirements.
  • Configure the system to align with customer structure.
  • Deliver interactive training to managers, head office users, and operators.
  • Support data collection and integration setup.
  • Guide early adoption and resolve early‑stage issues.
  • Document progress, milestones, and risks.
  • Provide regular updates to internal teams.
  • Improve onboarding materials, templates, and processes.

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years in hospitality or onboarding SaaS/tech customers.
  • Confidence delivering training to groups and individuals.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with workforce management, scheduling, or payroll operations is a bonus.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Salesforce is ideal.

Location & Working Pattern: Hybrid; 3 days per week in Banbury office, remainder remote. Expect increased office time during onboarding.

Remuneration:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • 33 days holiday per annum inclusive of bank holidays.
  • 37.5 hours per week (flexible within 9:00‑17:30).
