We're hiring an ABM / Outbound Campaign Manager to lead the campaigns that put S4labour in front of the people who matter most in hospitality.

This is a hands‑on role: you'll build and run targeted account‑based campaigns alongside sector‑specific outbound activity, working closely with Sales to turn insight into pipeline.

You'll also take the reins on our events and webinars, using them to engage prospects and generate real opportunities.

You’ll be briefing in content, coordinating messaging across channels, and tracking everything back to results.

If you like making noise in a crowded market and backing it up with data, we’d love to hear from you.

We love hospitality, and if you’ve got experience in the sector at any level — whether that’s a stint behind a bar, waiting tables, or running a shift — that’s a distinct advantage.

You’ll understand our customers better than most, and that’s worth a lot to us.

  • What you’ll do
  • Plan, build, and run ABM and outbound campaigns targeting named accounts and priority sectors in hospitality, working closely with Sales on target lists and messaging
  • Own our events and webinars end‑to‑end, using them as a key channel for pipeline generation and account engagement
  • Coordinate campaign messaging across email, paid, organic, social, and events in line with our value proposition, ICP/TAM, and wider marketing plan
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, continuously improving ROI
  • Brief in content and design assets and keep delivery timelines on track with the content and design teams
  • Support our CRM and sales tech stack, including automation workflows for lead nurture and scoring
  • Stay closely aligned with Sales on campaign follow‑up and lead quality
  • Keep an eye on competitor campaigns and industry trends to sharpen our targeting and messaging
  • What we’re looking for
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a B2B campaign marketing role, ideally in Saa S or tech
  • Experience running ABM or outbound campaigns is a strong plus
  • Hospitality experience at any level is a distinct advantage — front of house, back of house, management, it all counts
  • Strong project management skills — comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and sales tech tools (e. g.

Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, Force24, Gong, contact data aggregators) is a plus, not a requirement

  • Confident working closely with a sales team in a fast‑paced environment
  • A data‑driven mindset with a genuine focus on measurable outcomes
  • You are
  • Highly organised and detail‑focused
  • Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of how marketing activity drives pipeline
  • A strong communicator who works well across teams
  • Proactive, adaptable, and someone who enjoys making things happen
  • A creative and strategic thinker
  • Customer‑minded, with a good instinct for relevance and timing

This role is hybrid, based out of our Banbury office with flexibility to work from home and in the field.

You’ll be in the office more often during your induction to get fully up to speed.
