Mae S4C yn chwilio am Uwch Ddadansoddwr Busnes Technegol i gyflawni prosiectau mawr, effaith uchel sy'n llunio dyfodol darlledu yng Nghymru. Mae hon yn swydd gyffrous i feddwlwr strategol sy’n canolbwyntio ar ganlyniadau, ac sydd â brwdfrydedd dros gyflawni newid sy’n gwneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol i’r diwydiant darlledu.
Mae S4C yn defnyddio meddalwedd rheoli gorsafoedd o'r enw BSM. Mae'r feddalwedd hon wedi'i hysgrifennu yn Delphi ac mae wedi'i haddasu'n helaeth er mwyn ei theilwra ar gyfer gofynion penodol S4C. Yn ogystal â'r feddalwedd graidd, mae dau gynnyrch pellach wedi'u datblygu gan S4C:
- Cwmwl: Fe’i defnyddir i gyflwyno syniadau rhaglenni i S4C a dilyn cyflwyniad llwyddiannus i'r cam cytundeb.
- PAC (Programme as Completed): Defnyddir hwn i gasglu data gan gwmnïau cynhyrchu ar gyfer gwybodaeth sy'n ymwneud â'r rhaglen, er enghraifft, casglu data am y gerddoriaeth a ddefnyddir i’w adrodd i PRS.
Mae S4C wedi penderfynu bod angen mwy o feddalwedd berchnogol i ddarparu'r swyddogaethau hyn er mwyn gwneud y gefnogaeth sydd ar gael yn fwy cadarn a pheidio â bod mor ddibynnol ar system bwrpasol.
Mae hon yn swydd ganolog o fewn tîm prosiect S4C, gyda chyfrifoldeb am sicrhau bod meddalwedd newydd yn cael ei hintegreiddio’n llyfn i'r amgylchedd darlledu presennol a ddarperir gan y BBC yng nghanolfan ddarlledu Sgwâr Canolog yng Nghaerdydd.
Lleoliad: Swyddfa S4C, Sgwâr Canolog, Caerdydd (Mae S4C yn gweithredu polisi gwaith hybrid).
Cyflog: £65,000 y flwyddyn
Cytundeb: 12 mis i ddechrau
Oriau gwaith: 35.75 yr wythnos. Oherwydd natur y swydd, disgwylir hyblygrwydd, gan gynnwys gweithio tu allan i oriau swyddfa, ar rai penwythnosau a gwyliau banc.
Gwyliau: Yn ychwanegol i'r gwyliau banc statudol, bydd gennych hawl i 26 diwrnod o wyliau. Os ydych yn cael eich cyflogi yn rhan amser byddwch yn derbyn cyfran pro rata o'r gwyliau.
Pensiwn: Mae hawl gan staff cyflogedig ymuno â Chynllun Pensiwn Personol Grŵp yn ddarostyngedig i delerau unrhyw gynllun sydd mewn bodolaeth ac a ddiwygiwyd o dro i dro. Os byddwch yn aelod o’r Cynllun Pensiwn Personol Grŵp, bydd S4C yn cyfrannu 10% o’ch cyflog sylfaenol i’r Cynllun. Disgwylir i chi gyfrannu 5%.
Teithio: Mae'r rôl yn gofyn i chi fod yn bresennol yn Yr Egin, Caerfyrddin yn rheolaidd, yn ogystal â theithio'n achlysurol o fewn Cymru.
