S4A Group Ltd is seeking an organised, professional, and customer-focused Customer Services & Administration Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Buckingham. This is a key role within the organisation, acting as a central point of contact for parents, schools, team members, and external stakeholders. You will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining business systems, supporting recruitment and marketing administration, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. The successful candidate will also undertake Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) responsibilities and support the organisation in maintaining high safeguarding standards. This role is based at our Head Office in Buckingham. Due to the nature of the position, remote or home working is not available. For the right candidate, we would consider a term-time only contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
    • Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email.
    • Support parents with bookings and booking enquiries.
    • Communicate professionally with schools and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure all customers receive a positive and professional experience.
    • Support customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Administration
    • Manage booking systems and customer records.
    • Maintain registers, databases, and operational documentation.
    • Support reporting and business administration tasks.
    • Maintain accurate records and data systems.
    • Support operational projects and initiatives.
  • Recruitment Support
    • Manage recruitment enquiries.
    • Conduct telephone interviews.
    • Schedule interviews.
    • Coordinate candidate communication.
    • Support onboarding and induction administration.
    • Maintain recruitment records.
  • Marketing Support
    • Support marketing campaigns and communications.
    • Assist with customer communications and promotions.
    • Support events and marketing administration.
    • Maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
  • Safeguarding & DDSL
    • Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL).
    • Upload safeguarding concerns and records onto CPOMS.
    • Maintain safeguarding records and documentation.
    • Support safeguarding compliance processes.
    • Liaise with schools and relevant professionals where required.
    • Support the safeguarding culture across the organisation.
  • Events & Work Experience
    • Support the administration of events and projects.
    • Coordinate work experience placements.
    • Manage associated communication and documentation.
    • Support operational planning and organisation.
