We are looking for a Lead Coach & Wraparound Care Lead to work 7:30am – 6:00pm / 12:00pm – 6:00pm, Monday–Friday. Location – Bicester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering fun and structured PE lessons to children in primary schools.
- Preparing and delivering activities for primary-aged children in line with the S4A coaching philosophy.
- Planning PE sessions to a high standard to meet the specific needs of children.
- Leading high-quality wraparound care sessions, creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment before and after school.
- Supporting day-to-day running of wraparound provision, ensuring routines, timetables, and expectations are followed.
- Maintaining professionalism in interactions with children, parents, colleagues and schools.
- Ensuring safeguarding, welfare, and behaviour expectations are upheld at all times.
- Supporting and developing other team members to maintain high standards across both PE delivery and wraparound care.
