Ref: 3903 Job: Administrator Location: Ascot Salary: £25,500 – £27,500 Main Responsibilities: This is a busy and varied role and requires a strong Administrator to cover a variety of duties. You will be heavily involved in coordinating workloads, running reports, processing site staff timesheets, Health and Safety and other ad hoc duties. You will be confident in typing letters and processing status reports. Key Skills: Ensuring forms all forms from contractors are actioned Provide system training to sub-contractors Maintain tracking records for toolbox talks, Site Inspections, Good Order Cards Liaise with CRM team as required Update rota weekly (Inductions etc) Manage meeting diary for project team Confirm bookings for onsite meeting rooms Attend monthly project meeting and take minutes Liaise with Commercial team regarding pre-start meetings, so that new contractor files can be set up Collate materials delivery notes and sent to accounts in a timely manner Data input of waste collections Stock check of supplies, consumables, cleaning products, first aid kit etc. Stock check of stationery, paper and toner for plotter and copiers Manage site entrance turnstile system and deal with site access card problems
