About S3K
S3K is one of the UK's leading live event agencies, with over 20 years of experience delivering internationally recognised events. Based in Bognor Regis, we design, build and deliver major sporting events, festivals and live experiences across the UK and overseas. During the winter season, our team travels nationwide to install large-scale ice rinks, including the build and operation of our own flagship rink. We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our Event Build Crew and play a key role in bringing exciting events to life.
The Role
As an Event Build Crew Member, you'll work alongside a skilled and supportive team, helping to construct, install and dismantle event infrastructure across a variety of high-profile projects. This is a hands-on role that offers variety, travel opportunities and the chance to develop valuable skills within the live events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the build, installation and breakdown of event structures and equipment
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver projects safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
- Follow all health and safety procedures on-site
- Resolve issues quickly and proactively when they arise
- Support the successful delivery of events from planning through to execution
What We're Looking For
Essential- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Bognor Regis before starting
- Flexibility to travel and stay away from home when required
- Previous experience within events, hospitality, construction or site-based environments
- Plant operator experience or qualifications
- Experience working in fast-paced operational teams
