Are you excited to combine leading a talented team with taking ownership of Paid Search strategies for top eCommerce brands? s360 is looking for a Paid Search Team Lead with 5-8 years of experience and a passion for eCommerce and retail to join our growing team. Our London team of 30+ work closely together, acting as an extension of our client’s team for leading retailers such as schuh, New Era and Emma Bridgewater. In this role, you’ll be leading a team of Paid Search specialists whilst also owning the paid search strategy across a handful of clients.

Driving strategy and specialist growth

  • Strategy & Ownership
    • Lead the end-to-end Paid Search strategy for 5–6 eCommerce brands. You take full responsibility for hitting performance targets and executing annual roadmaps with precision.
    • Translate high-level business goals into actionable paid search roadmaps. You identify the "big bets" and tactical levers that drive immediate growth, ensuring your clients are always first to move on platform shifts.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a small team of Paid Search specialists with high emotional intelligence and a clear, ambitious vision.
    • Ensure daily team well-being, drive employee development, and foster cross-team collaboration.
  • Best in Class Execution
    • Own the day-to-day performance & implementation of 2-3 of your clients, from campaign structure and ad copy to budget allocation and testing frameworks.
    • You are also a driver of best-in-class setup, quality assurance, and pacing accuracy.
    • You are the hands-on expert for our full toolkit. From advanced SA360 setups and Google Ads scripts to complex feed management via Shoptimised, you ensure every aspect is optimised.
