We launched s360 studio in 2025 and already we’re looking to expand our London studio team to keep up with the exciting growth we’re experiencing.
How you’ll shape our creative strategy:
- Client partnership: Confidently engaging with clients and fostering close relationships as a key creative partner.
- Leading pitches & workshops: Pitching to new opportunities, sharing strategic ideas and leading Creative Workshops directly with clients.
- Ad concept & development: Creating high-impact Ad Concepts & Hooks that cut-through the noise and resonate with target audiences.
- Creative briefing & alignment: Crafting comprehensive Creative Briefs to guide new designs and ensure strategic alignment across all creative projects.
- Production roadmaps: Maintaining Creative Roadmaps to inform production cycles and launch dates.
- Data-led reporting: Developing and delivering Data-led Creative Reporting to provide actionable performance insights.
- Creative gap audits: Conducting Creative Gap Audits to highlight weak spots in our creative output and define improvement areas.
- Trendspotting: Leading Trendspotting initiatives to rapidly jump on consumer interest and cultural moments.
- Cross functional collaboration: Working collaboratively with other Studio members, taking part in brand strategy workshops, production shoots and campaign launches.
Join our Studio team. You’ll be working side by side with 5 creatives in the UK team. We love what we do, seeing every day as a chance to improve and evolve. Doing all this without taking ourselves too seriously along the way, ensuring we’re working hard but having fun along the way. This includes surprise & delights, monthly team activities, charity events, celebrations and an annual ‘s360 UK Weekender’ for hitting team goals. Beyond the UK, you’ll have access to another 25 creatives in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Stockholm and 8 other countries across Europe. Providing plenty of support in your day-to-day and the ability to pull in additional guidance and support from further afield. We gather for Annual Studio Sync Days, where everyone comes together to set our shared direction, socialise, and collaborate.

The Blueprint of Our Next Strategist:
We're looking for an ambitious Creative Strategist who balances creative flair with project management skills. You should be proactive, organised, highly collaborative, and full of creative ideas. You’ll probably recognise yourself in some of the following:
- Industry experience: 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or social media whether agency or brand-side.
- Idea generation: Can demonstrate your ability to generate new creative concepts tailored to the client brief.
- Communication & presentation: Excellent communication skills, confident presenting ideas, and skilled at engaging with client contacts.
- Project management: Organised and equipped with project management skills to keep projects moving forward and other stakeholders delivering on their roles.
- Social media & trends: You stay close to Social Media, understanding what’s trending and engaging formats we should try.
- Data-driven mindset: Interest in using performance data to inform what we do next.
- Proven portfolio: A portfolio showcasing successful, strategically-led campaigns.
- Innovation & future focus: Naturally curious about the future of marketing, combining human creativity with a strong focus on technology and AI.
