Can you turn business opportunities into strong Paid Social initiatives? Are you ready to own the strategy, not just deliver it? We are looking for a Director to our Paid Social team. This is an opportunity to be a part of the energy of a tight-knit 30-person London team with the reach, resources and ambition of a leading 300-person European agency. You will be a key part of our Paid Social service offering, leading the paid social strategy for complex brands like Wrangler, Lee, and New Era.

The Role

This is a role where you will combine your deep platform expertise with being a trusted strategic partner for our clients. To give you an idea of where you'll spend your time each month, the role is made up of four key pillars:

  • Strategy & ownership
    • Leading the Paid Social strategy on 5-6 clients, ensuring work ladders up to broader commercial and brand goals.
    • Develop, deliver and optimise channel plans and Paid Social Roadmaps that directly tie into wider business and commercial goals.
    • Shape clients’ growth roadmaps by proactively identifying opportunities, challenges, and solutions.
  • Executional excellence
    • Own the day-to-day performance of your clients, from structure to spend pacing, creative testing to platform hygiene.
    • Implement tests and refine execution based on ongoing performance data, industry shifts and platform innovation.
    • Be a driver of best-in-class setup, quality assurance, and pacing accuracy.
  • Client Leadership
    • Build trusted partnerships by proactively steering client discussions, owning insights, and communicating with clarity.
    • Be the client’s go-to for all things Paid Social, balancing hands-on performance delivery with strategic direction.
  • Paid Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Head of Paid Social & Programmatic to bring our UK vision and product roadmap to life.
    • Collaborate across teams including SEO, Brand, Paid Search etc to deliver integrated performance.
    • Mentor and support Specialists and Senior Specialists, sharing your knowledge, challenging their thinking, and raising the bar on delivery.

There is a view for this role to become a Team Lead of Paid Social, if it’s within the candidates interest and skill set.

What You Bring To The Team

You're at your best where strategic thinking and specialist knowledge meet. Taking the lead comes naturally to you - whether that's steering a client conversation or raising the bar internally. While we do not believe in rigid checklists, we’d like you to bring the following to the team:

  • 8+ years of Paid Social experience, ideally from an agency environment.
  • A strategic mindset for eCommerce growth – you understand how channels and tactics work together, and you know how to use that to move the needle for clients.
  • Deep platform fluency across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and beyond.
  • A calm, solutions-first approach when challenges arise and timelines tighten.
  • The ability to become the go-to for your clients - balancing hands-on performance delivery with strategic direction.
  • Confidence in the room – whether presenting to a client boardroom or collaborating with your team on a virtual call.
