Scale visual performance for leading brands
As our Digital Designer, you will design static and motion ads that generate clicks and conversions for clients, and then turn these ads into multiple variations by using creative automation tools.

Relations: You will communicate directly with clients, present design directions, and act as a trusted sparring partner to align creative execution with their commercial goals.

Ads: You will design static and motion ads that drive clicks and conversions for leading brands and retailers.
Typically you will build Paid Social Ads, and Programmatic or Display Ads.
- Master Automation & Ad Templates: You will become an expert in tools such as Smartly. io and Celtra which allow you to run a single ad as multiple variations.

Ads: You will work hands-on with shopping and product feeds, such as Shoptimised, which allow you to create ad variations for different products, audiences, markets, seasonal messages and promotions.

Pipeline: You will use your passion for AI and Automation Tools to pioneer s360’s launch of autonomous creative systems which deliver a high volume of new ad variations.

You’ll be working side by side with 5 creatives in the UK team.

This includes surprise & delights, monthly team activities, charity events, celebrations and an annual ‘s360 UK Weekender’ for hitting team goals.
Beyond the UK, you’ll have access to another 25 creatives in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Stockholm and 8 other countries across Europe.
Providing plenty of support in your day-to-day and the ability to pull in additional guidance and support from further afield.

The Blueprint of Our Next Digital Designer
We are looking for a technically-minded creative, a Digital Designer who is as comfortable in Adobe Photoshop as they are in a Microsoft Excel sheet.
- You Likely Recognise Yourself In The Following
- Designer experience: You have 3-5 years’ experience in a graphic design or digital design role, in-house or in an agency.
- AI versatility: You are passionate about using reversioning AI tools to deliver designs quickly, and generative AI tools to create extraordinary designs.
- Automation Efficiency: You value efficiency and speed, use automation tools to do reversion and resize at speed.
- Software & Platform
Proficiency: You are proficient in creative softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
You have beginners’ level of experience with Smartly. io or Celtra.
- Agility & Project Management: You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
