  • You Don’t Just Design, You Build Systems

As a Creative Tech Designer, you will be a key player in pioneering creative automation and dynamic production, sitting at the intersection of design, motion, production, and ad‑tech.

  • You Can Look Forward To
  • Creative templating & ad‑tech: Leading the development of highly efficient, flexible creative templates for ad platforms, with a specific focus on tools like Smartly. io and Celtra.
  • Creative automation & DCO: Driving creative automation initiatives, translating creative concepts into scalable, data‑driven, and Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) outputs.
  • Feed management & DPA design: Working hands‑on with shopping/product feeds (e. g., via Shoptimised or similar feed management tools) to build robust templated designs for Dynamic Product Ads (DPA).
  • Technical ad production: Overseeing the technical production and optimisation of various ad formats, including HTML5 ads, Meta Carousel Ads, Tik Tok Reels, and High Impact Display ads.
  • Cross‑functional partnership: Partnering closely with ad‑tech, media, and performance teams to ensure technical feasibility, asset quality, and speed‑to‑market for creative delivery.
  • AI innovation: Leaning into AI to produce new and exciting ad formats that wouldn’t be possible with typical production methods.
  • Mentorship & best practice: Mentoring and upskilling team members and defining best practices for creative implementation and dynamic production processes.

You’ll be working side by side with 5 creatives in the UK team.

The Blueprint Of Our Next Creative Tech Designer

We are looking for a technically‑minded creative professional – a Creative Tech Designer – who is a proactive problem‑solver with a strong background in ad‑tech.

  • You Likely Recognise Yourself In The Following
  • Experience: 4-5 years’ experience in a technically focused design, production, or ad‑tech role, preferably within digital advertising or a digital production studio.
  • Automation & DCO expertise: Proven expertise in creative automation, templating, and Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).
  • Software & platform proficiency: Strong proficiency with relevant creative software (Adobe Creative Suite including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and deep experience with creative ad‑tech platforms like Smartly. io or Celtra.
  • Motion & HTML5 production: Experience in motion/video production, specifically building or managing HTML5 ad production.
  • Scalable creative portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your work on scalable, templated, and performance‑driven digital advertising creative.
