We are seeking a Paid Search Associate with 2-4 years of experience and a passion for eCommerce and retail to join our growing London team of 30+ professionals. Our team collaborates closely, acting as an extension of our clients\β teams for leading retailers such as Wrangler, Schuh, Emma Bridgewater, New Era, and Philip Kingsley. In this role, you will be part of the UK Paid Search team, executing strategies and delivering on our Paid Advertising vision. The Role Execution We are looking for a proactive Paid Search Associate who can drive impact for clients, focusing on action and solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Managing platforms like Google Ads, Shoptimised, Amazon Ads, etc. Building and launching new campaigns Optimising existing campaigns through A/B testing of audiences and copy Implementing strategies outlined by senior team members for key clients Training Upskilling in digital platforms, industry trends, and broader digital marketing knowledge Participating in s360βs induction and continuous learning programs Reporting Using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure performance Conducting weekly performance reviews and client reporting Engaging in client meetings to present insights Strategy Understanding client goals, target audiences, and business models Supporting campaign structure development based on client objectives and budgets Participating in client workshops to refine paid search strategies Why s360 UK?
