Are you excited to combine leading a talented team with taking ownership of Paid Search strategies for top eCommerce brands? s360 is looking for a Paid Search Team Lead with 5-8 years of experience and a passion for eCommerce and retail to join our growing team. Our London team of 30+ work closely together, acting as an extension of our client’s team for leading retailers such as schuh, New Era and Emma Bridgewater.
In this role, you’ll be leading a team of Paid Search specialists whilst also owning the paid search strategy across a handful of clients.
Driving strategy & specialist growth
This is a role where you balance high level strategic ownership with people leadership. To give you an idea of where you will spend your time, the role is made up of four key pillars:
- Strategy & Ownership: Lead the end-to-end Paid Search strategy for 5–6 eCommerce brands. You take full responsibility for hitting performance targets and executing annual roadmaps with precision. Translate high-level business goals into actionable paid search roadmaps. You identify the "big bets" and tactical levers that drive immediate growth, ensuring your clients are always first to move on platform shifts.
- Team Leadership: Lead a small team of Paid Search specialists with high emotional intelligence and a clear, ambitious vision. Ensure daily team well-being, drive employee development, and foster cross-team collaboration.
- Best in Class Execution: Own the day-to-day performance & implementation of 2-3 of your clients, from campaign structure and ad copy to budget allocation and testing frameworks. You are also a driver of best-in-class setup, quality assurance, and pacing accuracy. You are the hands-on expert for our full toolkit. From advanced SA360 setups and Google Ads scripts to complex feed management via Shoptimised, you ensure every account is built to the highest technical standard.
- Reporting: Own the reporting narrative. You transform complex data from Looker Studio and GA4 into clear, actionable insights, focusing on the "why" behind the numbers to build client trust. Across half of your clients you will own the Weekly Insights, Monthly Reporting and Quarterly Deep Dives, while the other half will be more of an advisory/shaper role to another specialist who also works on the same account(s).
Drive team & client growth
We are looking for someone who is action oriented, driven by performance and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring contagious energy, shaping a strong team identity and a culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and the "1% better" mindset.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of Paid Search experience from an agency or in-house setting, with experience in eCommerce/Retail or agency environments.
- Experience leading & empowering a team—fostering growth, engagement, and collaboration.
- Proven expertise navigating platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, Shoptimised (or another feed provider equivalent).
- A commitment to driving best in class setup, rigorous quality assurance, and precise pacing accuracy.
- Comfortable leading the paid search narrative in client strategy meetings, sales pitches and upsell opportunities to ensure you are winning, keeping and growing your clients.
- An interest for staying embedded in the technical details that drive real performance.
- A track record of driving Paid Search performance, by developing performance-driven roadmaps and with continuous testing.
