We are looking for a strategic digital growth manager with 3-4 years experience within eCommerce, retail or agency, working directly with clients to help shape their digital strategy. Join our Digital Growth team in London and take a central role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that make an impact.
You will act as the primary partner, building close relationships with our clients and translating their business challenges into clear cross‑channel strategies that generate both short and long‑term commercial results. You’ll own the day‑to‑day of 3‑4 client accounts, with support from senior managers and specialist teams.
Responsibilities- Strategy & Client Ownership: You understand each client’s brand, customers and commercial goals, and translate them into clear performance actions across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and Creative. You will proactively identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and flag risks to keep clients moving forward.
- Execution & Project Management: You lead the day‑to‑day delivery across clients, acting as a strategic sparring partner while coordinating specialist teams across digital marketing, tech, data and creative to ensure strong execution and commercial results.
- Reporting & Commercial Awareness: You lead clear, commercially focused reporting, connecting performance data to business outcomes such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue. You turn insights from platforms like GA4, Google Ads, Meta and TripleWhale into clear recommendations, driving accountability and confident client conversations across weekly updates and quarterly reviews.
- Training & Development: You will have structured onboarding and ongoing development, with dedicated time to upskill across platforms, industry knowledge and digital strategy. Through regular check‑ins, learning sessions and knowledge sharing, you will continuously develop your skills and grow in confidence.
- 3–4 years of experience within eCommerce, retail or an agency environment working with clients.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities, flagging risks and asking the right questions.
- Ahead of the curve on eCommerce and retail trends, with the ability to bring fresh ideas forward.
- Confident presenting insights and recommendations in both weekly client calls and quarterly reviews.
- A holistic understanding of digital channels and how they drive business growth.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and retain accounts.
