This is an opportunity to be a part of the energy of a tight-knit 30‑person London team with the reach, resources and ambition of a leading 300‑person European agency. You will be a key part of our Paid Social service offering, leading the paid social strategy for complex brands like Wrangler, Lee, and New Era.
The Role
- Strategy & Ownership
- Leading the Paid Social strategy on 5‑6 clients, ensuring work ladders up to broader commercial and brand goals.
- Develop, deliver and optimise channel plans and Paid Social Roadmaps that directly tie into wider business and commercial goals.
- Shape clients’ growth roadmaps by proactively identifying opportunities, challenges, and solutions.
- Executional Excellence
- Own the day‑to‑day performance of your clients, from structure to spend pacing, creative testing to platform hygiene.
- Implement tests and refine execution based on ongoing performance data, industry shifts and platform innovation.
- Be a driver of best‑in‑class setup, quality assurance, and pacing accuracy.
- Client Leadership
- Build trusted partnerships by proactively steering client discussions, owning insights, and communicating with clarity.
- Be the client’s go‑to for all things Paid Social, balancing hands‑on performance delivery with strategic direction.
- Paid Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Paid Social & Programmatic to bring our UK vision and product roadmap to life.
- Collaborate across teams including SEO, Brand, Paid Search etc to deliver integrated performance.
- Mentor and support Specialists and Senior Specialists, sharing your knowledge, challenging their thinking, and raising the bar on delivery.
What you bring to the team
- 8+ years of Paid Social experience, ideally from an agency environment.
- A strategic mindset for eCommerce growth – you understand how channels and tactics work together, and you know how to use that to move the needle for clients.
- Deep platform fluency across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and beyond.
- A calm, solutions‑first approach when challenges arise and timelines tighten.
- The ability to become the go‑to for your clients - balancing hands‑on performance delivery with strategic direction.
- Confidence in the room – whether presenting to a client boardroom or collaborating with your team on a virtual call.
