Supply Chain Planner We’re looking for an experienced and driven Supply Chain Planner to play a crucial role in managing both clinical and commercial supply planning in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This is your chance to shape the future of supply chain excellence! Responsibilities: * Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules for a 13-week horizon, along with finite scheduling for a 2-week window * Coordination Leader: Act as the primary contact for all production scheduling activities across manufacturing operations * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and finance teams to ensure alignment and readiness for production * Supply Challenges: Identify potential risks within the 13-week window and develop strategies to mitigate their impact * Inventory Management: Maintain inventory forecasts and ensure targets are met by updating data within MRP/ERP systems * Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain performance * Process Ownership: Lead business meetings related to production and supply plans, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder sign-off * Material Readiness: Collaborate with the supply chain buyer to ensure material ordering aligns with production needs Your Key Performance Indicators: * Achieving Right First Time (RFT) scheduling * Adhering to the Master Manufacturing Plan and production schedules * Meeting inventory targets and ensuring forecast accuracy What We’re Looking For: * Degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field * At least 3 years in supply chain or production scheduling, preferably in a regulated industry like pharmaceuticals * Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment * Capable of synthesizing data, identifying risks, and developing alternative scenarios to support decision-making Competencies: * Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Change management and innovation * Leadership and effective communication * Planning, organization, and quality management If you're passionate about optimizing supply chains, solving challenges, and leading improvements in manufacturing, we want to hear from you!
