We are on the lookout for a Quality Technician to join our client based near Milton Keynes. They are a global leader in Animal Health dedicated to improving animal health and well-being through innovative vaccines, treatments, and technologies. Responsibilities: * To perform and oversee testing of intermediate and finished products in accordance with GMP * Microbiology testing and training of personnel (bioburdens, water testing, plate reading, sterility testing, growth promotion, lungworm testing and inactivation’s) in accordance with SOP’s * Competition and review of COSHH assessments and either risk of manual handling assessments * To upload company procedures regarding GMP and always comply with UK pharmaceutical regulations * Provide training of test procedures to new members of the team Looking for: * Previous microbiology lab experience * GMP compliance * Experience in Quality Control testing * Good time management in a high flow-through laboratory * Proven experience in protocol, hypothesis and report writing * Identify deviations and raise events in the Quality Management System This is a contract role for 1 year, offering a salary of £23,000 – £35,000, based in Milton Keynes.
