Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of AI & Genomics Platforms for Drug Discovery to lead and define our computational genomics strategy. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving AI-enabled target discovery, multi-omics integration, and platform innovation to accelerate our drug discovery pipeline. You will lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team and influence the company’s scientific direction at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale a team of computational biologists, data scientists, software engineers, and genomics specialists focused on drug discovery.
  • Define and execute the company’s AI-genomics strategy across target discovery, biomarker development, and therapeutic hypothesis generation.
  • Build and maintain scalable computational platforms that integrate multi-omics, clinical, and experimental datasets to inform drug discovery decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with discovery, translational, and preclinical teams to ensure computational insights translate into actionable experimental programs.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI, genomics, and multi-omics technologies for application in drug discovery.

Qualifications:
