My client is a scaling FinTech that provides best in class investment technology platform and investment administration services for large, UK institutional investors. We are currently looking for a new member of their small Institutional Client Relations team who are the first point of contact for Pension Scheme Trustees, Employers and Pension Consultants.
Working closely with the team lead, the Client Relations Analyst will take a proactive role in providing first-class support to institutional pension schemes and their professional advisors. Tasks will include:
- Dealing with incoming client enquiries, by email or telephone
- Taking ownership of enquiries, escalating to back office teams when needed and maintaining oversight until solution delivered
- Delivering end-to-end production process for client reports that include fund factsheets, quarterly fund performance, transaction costs and ESG
- Support clients with day-to-day investment and pension administration issues
- Maintain quality and service delivery standards
- Support junior team members
- Undertake project work as required
The team focus on delivering high standards of client service, and this role will ensure that data integrity not only meets client expectations, but also evolves to keep pace with client needs and market developments – so a healthy interest in technology, innovation and process improvement will be invaluable!
The successful applicant will:
- Have strong Pension and/or Investment administration experience
- Demonstrable skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Deal confidently and professionally with management, other key business stakeholders and external investment fund managers
- Be able to manage increasing levels of responsibilities, deadlines and relationships, both internally and externally
- Have a problem-solving and inquisitive nature
- Possess excellent communications skills both written & verbal, and inter-personal

Ideally, you will have experience of working directly with clients, but a proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and grow will be the most important attributes you can bring to the role.
On offer is a basic salary of £36,000 to £38,000 dependent on relevant experience, plus bonus and benefits (Private Medical Insurance, Life Cover, 25 days holiday etc.) and the opportunity to work within a collaborative and sociable office environment.
