As a Graduate Field Service Engineer you will work within our established Field Service team responsible for serving our semiconductors customers primarily within the UK with the potential of some international travel.

What we will ask of you:

  • You will initially shadow experienced engineers responsible for installing, commissioning, performing preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and upgrading process equipment including CMP, Chemical Wet Benches and Plasma Asher’s within the Semiconductor sector throughout the UK and Europe.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to complete installs, commissioning, performing preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and upgrading process equipment including CMP, Chemical Wet Benches and Plasma Asher’s.
  • Error and process analysis, reporting corrective measures.
  • Ability to have clear and effective written/verbal communications skills, with an emphasis on documenting details.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers, while developing a reliable and trusted network who can supply for customer requirements.
  • Ability to be a practical problem solver.
  • Aid and support the wider team.
  • Adhere to S3 Alliance and customers relevant Health, Safety and Environment requirements when on site and as an individual employee.
  • You are outgoing, have a collaborative work ethic and enjoy travelling.
  • Hold a recognised qualification in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Hold a current, valid driving license & Passport.
  • Good time management with experience of completing projects/work within timeframe.
  • Fluent in English language verbal and written.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Packages.
  • Ability to demonstrate good time management skills.
