About the Role We are looking for a Content & Production Lead to own the delivery of quality content for Tzumi, a US-based consumer products brand. You will be the day-to-day lead across two priority brands, FitRX (fitness) and SLF Beauty. The ideal candidate for this role is a skilled video editor (experience with client management is a plus). You will work to ensure alignment on creative ideas and delivering high-quality content for client campaigns. You will play a role in driving growth by pitching to external brands and securing client partnerships that integrate seamlessly into our content strategy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Editing photo and video content
- Ensuring high-quality production, overseeing the creation of eye-catching thumbnails and maintaining a consistent content quality for each client.
- Actively identify, source, and pitch to potential brands, sponsors and clients to bring them onboard.
- Collaborate with brands/clients to execute sponsored content, ensuring client objectives are met.
- Lead end-to-end video production across branded content and marketing campaigns.
- If needed, manage freelancers to ensure seamless video delivery for clients and campaigns.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of experience in social media management and/or digital video production (agency or media publisher environment preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing brand accounts is a major plus not a requirement.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including their algorithms and evolving trends.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut) and a portfolio of engaging social media content.
- A good understanding of social media analytics tools to track performance, optimize content, and report ROI to brand partners.
- Great time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client deliverables simultaneously.
