Join Our Team as a Client Account/Relationship Manager. The S2 Partnership is a trusted leader in providing health, safety, and environmental solutions for companies operating within the commercial real estate sector. With over 25 years of experience, our longstanding reputation is built on a foundation of expertise, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
The main responsibility for the successful candidate is to deliver excellent client experience across a number of client accounts. This role will report to the Head of Client Management. This is a client facing role and the successful candidate will need to ensure that all queries are dealt with as a priority, to ensure first-class client service delivery and a smooth-running experience for the client.
A variety of systems will be interacted with such as CRM, our internal management system, HR system and Microsoft Office 365.
- Proactive client support and account management.
- Hosting and attending client meetings, including virtual meetings and travel to client offices, as well as preparing meeting agendas, notes, and action points.
- Project support for existing clients.
- Supporting the wider Business Development team with day-to-day tasks.
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
