What We’re Looking For

The main responsibility for the successful candidate is to deliver excellent client experience across a number of client accounts. This role will report to the Head of Client Management. This is a client facing role and the successful candidate will need to ensure that all queries are dealt with as a priority, to ensure first-class client service delivery and a smooth-running experience for the client. A variety of systems will be interacted with such as CRM, our internal management system, HR system and Microsoft Office 365.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactive client support and account management.
  • Hosting and attending client meetings, including virtual meetings and travel to client offices, as well as preparing meeting agendas, notes, and action points.
  • Project support for existing clients.
  • Regular client reporting.
  • Supporting the wider Business Development team with day-to-day tasks.
  • Enhance upon and deliver demonstrations/presentations.
  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
  • Understanding new client requirements, assessing the impact on the generic product and analysing the development requirements.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Strong I.T. skills including use of Office products, and web-based systems.
  • Excellent people skills and an ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, ability to manage deadlines and projects.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast pace and pressured environment.
