What We’re Looking For
The main responsibility for the successful candidate is to deliver excellent client experience across a number of client accounts. This role will report to the Head of Client Management. This is a client facing role and the successful candidate will need to ensure that all queries are dealt with as a priority, to ensure first-class client service delivery and a smooth-running experience for the client. A variety of systems will be interacted with such as CRM, our internal management system, HR system and Microsoft Office 365.
Responsibilities
- Proactive client support and account management.
- Hosting and attending client meetings, including virtual meetings and travel to client offices, as well as preparing meeting agendas, notes, and action points.
- Project support for existing clients.
- Regular client reporting.
- Supporting the wider Business Development team with day-to-day tasks.
- Enhance upon and deliver demonstrations/presentations.
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
- Understanding new client requirements, assessing the impact on the generic product and analysing the development requirements.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required
- Strong IT skills including use of Office products, and web-based systems.
- Excellent people skills and an ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Great attention to detail.
- Highly organised, ability to manage deadlines and projects.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and pressured environment.
