Site Manager Required – Liverpool (L32) Staff One Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a care home refurbishment project in the Liverpool (L32) area .
The Role
We are seeking a confident and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the project and manage the fit-out team effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the fit-out crew, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and ensuring the project runs smoothly and to schedule. You will also need to be willing to take a hands-on approach and assist the team when required.
Requirements
Valid SMSTS certificate Valid First Aid certificate Previous experience as a Site Manager Experience working on refurbishment and/or fit-out projects Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage a team while working effectively on site A practical, hands-on approach Project Details Project: Care Home Refurbishment Location: Liverpool, L32 Sector: Interior Fit-Out Start Date: Monday, 28th September 2026 Duration: Approximately 6 weeks If you are an experienced Site Manager with the required qualifications and are available for the duration of the project, we would be keen to hear from you.
