Connect Appointments are proud to be working with a leading Dunfermline based engineering company, and are seeking a motivated and eager individual to become an Technical Sales Specialist.
What you\’ll be doing?
- Supporting External Technical Sales Engineers with internal sales and proposal activities
- Handling customer enquiries over phone and email, delivering a high standard of service
- Preparing accurate and timely quotations
- Contributing to profitable sales across the full product range, including upselling
- Building strong customer relationships and providing detailed product/service information
- Supporting continuous improvement through collaboration with colleagues/management
- Carrying out key admin tasks including documentation, CRM updates (Microsoft Dynamics), and internal communication
- Keeping on top of supplier price changes and negotiating where needed
- Carrying out additional duties to support the team as required

- HNC or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or relevant experience)
