We’re on the lookout for a talented Tax Manager to take ownership of the tax function within a dynamic and growing practice. This role combines client advisory work with operational oversight and team leadership — ideal for someone ready to make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the tax department, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with deadlines.
- Deliver expert tax services, including year-end and pre-5 April planning, forecasting, and technical advice.
- Review team output to maintain high quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
- Monitor departmental performance and recoverability, implementing improvements where needed.
- Manage and coach team members, conduct appraisals, and support ongoing development.
- Engage with prospective and existing clients, supporting onboarding and advisory work.
- Contribute to practice growth and help drive improvements in service delivery and internal processes.
