A well-established consultancy based in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced SER Certified Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a growing practice that delivers high-quality work across a diverse range of building projects.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering structural design and certification for building projects ranging from residential developments to commercial builds. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with SER requirements.
What We’re Looking For

  • SER Certification (Scotland) – Essential
  • Strong background in building structures, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant post-grad experience
  • Proficiency with structural design software
  • Clear communication skills and ability to liaise with clients, architects, and contractors

What’s On Offer

  • Competitive salary between ÂŁ55,000 and ÂŁ65,000 (depending on experience)
