Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and implement missives, leases, options, and development agreements
- Examine title and report to clients, preparing certificates of title for real estate finance transactions
- Build and maintain strong client and agent relationships
- Mentor and support junior team members in technical development
- Manage workload efficiently, professionally, and cost‑effectively, including accurate time recording and prompt billing
- Contribute to the overall success of the Commercial Property division and business development initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- PQE 3+ years in commercial property
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is desirable
- Excellent communication skills – clear, concise, and jargon‑free
- Strong client focus, personable, and confident
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
