Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working with a leading law firm, known for their knowledge, expertise and supportive workplace. My client is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Cashier on a permanent basis, to assist in the management of the Cashroom function, ensuring the firm's financial management system operates efficiently and that both firm and client funds are accurately accounted for in compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Cashroom staff
- Manage and develop Cashroom staff
- Identifying and implementing new process improvements
- Reporting any breaches in line with the firmβs policies
- Completing audits
- Completing reconciliations
- Processing payments
Qualifications
- Demonstrate advanced organisational and people management abilities and effectively manage challenging individuals and situations
- Be proficient in using the Practice Management System
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude
- Have strong numerical skills
