We are excited to be working in partnership with a highly successful and established client who are looking to recruit an organised and customer focused Supporting Sales Advisor on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, enthusiastic and ambitious individual who is looking to develop their skills and experience whilst making a real different in one of the most exciting journey in people’s lives!
You will be part of a small but dynamic sales team across the Central Belt of Scotland, travel across multiple sites and provide sales and administrative support to sales advisors, whether they need additional support or to cover absence.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Support Sales Advisors across multiple developments in locations across Central Scotland
- Assist with new development launches and events and provide double or holiday cover as required
- Provide administrative support
- Host show home visits and ensure excellent presentation of developments
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Use Salesforce CRM daily to record activity and assist in sales progression
- Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures, including the Consumer Code for Home Builders
- Complete ad hoc tasks as requested by the Sales Manager
To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for the following:
- No prior experience in property sales required, although beneficial
- A naturally positive outlook and a strong focus on customer service
- Outstanding people skills, confidence and communication
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Self motivated, resilient and reliable
- Good attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as standard
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Confident in use of Microsoft packages

- This opportunity is full time, permanent role working Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm (32.5hrs per week)
