Rae McCabe Associates are delighted to be assisting Innes Johnston Solicitors in the recruitment of a Solicitor to join their busy and highly reputable Private Client Team in their Kirkcaldy office. Working within a welcoming and supportive team, the successful candidate will manage their own client facing caseload, which will offer a broad range of quality and interesting Private Client work. The firm offers a modern and forward-thinking working environment, with a long-established and enviable client base. A positive work / life balance is promoted, and flexible working arrangements will be considered.
Typical responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of private client matters
- Conducting client meetings and updating clients appropriately
- Executry administration
- Drafting Wills & Powers of Attorney

Your background:
- Around 2/3 years PQE in a similar private client role within a professional firm (consideration will certainly be given to individuals with more senior or junior levels of experience)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong grasp of written and spoken English
- Strong relationship building skills
