About The Role
\’In Good Company\’, you will be at the forefront of managing and growing our Ian Macleod Distillers\’ brand presence, traffic, and revenue on the Amazon marketplace. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business targets and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to boost sales, market share, and profitability across Amazon. Identify, onboard, and manage Ian Macleod Distiller’s brands on the platform.
- Listing Optimization: Manage and optimize product listings to improve search rankings, visibility, and conversion rates. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Advertising & Promotional Campaigns: Develop and manage Amazon advertising campaigns to maximize ROI. Create and oversee promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Inventory Management & Logistics: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and advise on inventory strategies. Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely fulfilment.
- Relationship Management & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon internal teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Amazon-related business inquiries and issues.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the Amazon marketplace.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements in Amazon operations. Stay informed about new techniques and strategies within the e-commerce landscape.
What We\’re Looking For
- Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon and its ecosystem.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets on the Amazon marketplace.
- Experience with e-commerce, online marketing, or digital advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Degree educated (desirable).

This is a remote role which can be based anywhere in the U.K., ideally however with regular travel to our head office in Central Scotland
