Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 DOE + Overtime
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Thursday: Rotating 07:00-15:15 / 08:00-16:15
- Friday: Rotating 07:00-14:30 / 08:00-15:30
Escape Recruitment\’s client is on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their team at a leading manufacturing company. You\’ll be the heartbeat of our operation ensuring the production lines run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
In this role, you won\’t just be maintaining machines – you\’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team that tackles challenges head-on, contributes to exciting improvement projects, and helps drive continuous innovation in a fast-paced environment.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Delivering both planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance to keep our equipment running at peak performance
- Working on a wide range of machinery and production equipment
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively
- Getting stuck into project and improvement work
- Contributing to a team-oriented, supportive environment where your input matters
What We\’re Looking For
- 3+ years\’ experience in a similar maintenance engineering role
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Apprentice-trained background
- Confident with fault finding-especially on electrical systems
- PLC fault finding experience is a bonus (but not essential)
