Partners for Inclusion is delighted to be recruiting a Service Leader to join our experienced leadership team, working across Pan Ayrshire, East Renfrewshire, and Renfrewshire. We are an independent charity providing highly individualised support to people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. Our approach is rooted in human rights and person-led practice, believing everyone has the right to live their best life, shape their own support, and achieve their goals.
About The Role
As a Service Leader, you will inspire and develop several support teams, ensuring the people we support experience meaningful, high-quality lives. You will:
- Lead with a person-centred and flexible approach.
- Support positive risk-taking and uphold best practice.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with people supported, families, teams, and professionals.
- Promote high standards aligned to the Health and Social Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.
- Participate in the organisational on-call rota, offering out-of-hours guidance.
About You
You are an inspirational leader who shares our values and commitment to inclusion. You Bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading or developing staff teams in social care or a related field.
- A genuine belief in human rights and person-led approaches.
- The ability to motivate, manage change, and foster respect and collaboration.
- Membership with the PVG Scheme.
- Must be able to register with the SSSC within three months of employment.
- SVQ 4 (or working towards), or a minimum of SVQ 3 with a commitment to complete SVQ 4 in Social Care/Management.
