Location: Evanton, Easter Ross / Highland, Scotland
Hours: Approx. 54 hours per week
Monday-Thursday: 7am-7pm
Friday: 7am-1pm
Flexibility required for weekend work
Contract: PAYE
Pay: Competitive rates with premium overtime after 38 hours
Orion Group is currently recruiting an experienced 360 Excavator Operator for a key project in the Easter Ross area. This is an excellent opportunity to support a well-established oil and gas company during a busy project phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating wheeled 360 excavators on front-ending and tail-ending stalks
- Supporting pipework to ensure it does not drop from rollers
- Pushing and pulling stalks using excavators and roller boxing completed stalks
- Assisting with general pipe movement
- Shifting habitats and supporting other general machine and site requirements
- Working closely with the wider site team to ensure safe and efficient operations
Requirements
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators with a strong understanding of heavy plant operations
- Valid CPCS or NPORS certification
- Competency in operating 10t and above, tracked and/or wheeled excavators
