Northwest Partners is delivering the North Glasgow Homelessness Prevention Service with support from SHFA Upstream funding. The Connectors will visit new tenants from day one to provide practical, trauma-informed support that helps them settle, understand their rights, and access services.

By working alongside Queens Cross Housing Association and Maryhill Housing Association, the role focuses on early intervention, preventing crisis and sustaining tenancies in North Glasgow.
