Field Sales Executive — Starting salary: 25,200, rising to 28,000 after year one. Realistic OTE: 50,000+. Company car + fuel card included.
Responsibilities
- Driving sales through door-to-door customer engagement across designated areas
- Building and managing your own pipeline of leads
- Having quality conversations with customers and showcasing the value of our services
- Negotiating deals and securing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Representing the business at local community events and pop-up promotions
- Using your knowledge to answer customer questions confidently and effectively
About You
- Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in face-to-face customer sales (door-to-door, events, or promotional work ideal)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first approach
- Full UK driving licence
