The Church of Scotland is seeking a passionate and creative Learning and Engagement Specialist to support our people through the design and delivery of learning and engagement opportunities which enable them to flourish. You will take both a strategic and operational approach to learning, creating opportunities that are relevant, accessible and inspiring. You will champion and promote learning resources and engagement opportunities to our staff who are centrally employed and those based in congregations, presbyteries and overseas, helping to ensure that learning is visible and valued across the Church.
You will be someone who believes deeply in the power of learning to transform individuals and organisations. Your energy and creativity will be supported by strong organisational and communication skills.
In addition, you will have:
- Experience in learning and development, training, or organisational development
- A track record of designing engaging learning programmes for diverse audiences
- The ability to inspire others to engage with learning
- A collaborative mindset and a practical, solution-focused approach
