The Role

Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing finance team, coaching and mentoring staff across finance and management functions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Group and Board-level committees, presenting management accounts, forecasts, and strategic advice.
- Oversee financial control, compliance, and statutory reporting, ensuring transparency and excellence in governance.
The Candidate

- Hold a professional accountancy qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA).
