This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Chartered Accountant to step into a broad, commercially focused role within a high-performing deals environment. The business is open to candidates from a non-deals background, including audit, who are keen to transition into corporate finance and build long-term expertise in this space.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with senior team members on a range of buy-side and sell-side mandates, supporting the delivery of high-quality advice to clients. The role offers strong exposure across transactions, financial analysis and client interaction, making it well suited to a newly qualified CA looking to develop a career in deals / corporate advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the execution of transactions across buy-side and sell-side engagements
- Preparing financial analysis, models and supporting documentation
- Assisting with due diligence processes and client deliverables
- Working collaboratively with senior colleagues to meet project timelines
- Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
What You'll Bring
- Newly qualified CA (or equivalent); ACA / ACCA also considered
- Background in audit or another relevant accounting discipline welcomed
