The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on one of the UK’s landmark energy infrastructure projects. Reporting directly to the Planning Manager, you’ll work closely with highly experienced professionals in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.

This role is ideally suited to someone who has transitioned from site - such as an Engineer or Agent - and is now looking to build a long-term career in planning.

Responsibilities
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating detailed construction programmes
  • Ensuring programmes align with internal planning procedures and industry best practice
  • Analysing the critical path and identifying risks, constraints, and opportunities
  • Supporting delivery teams with sequencing, resource planning, and progress tracking
  • Producing clear and accurate planning outputs, including schedules, reports, planning narratives, and KPIs
  • Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders to keep the project on track
Who we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in a Planner role within civil engineering or construction
  • A background on site (Engineer / Agent) with a move into planning highly desirable
  • Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and/or Microsoft Project
  • A solid understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and resource management
  • Excellent analytical skills, communication ability, and stakeholder engagement experience
