Commercial Property Manager
Glasgow | Full‑Time, Permanent
A well‑established local authority organisation is looking for someone to lead the management and strategic development of a diverse property portfolio, including industrial estates, offices, retail units, and ground leases.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage leases, rent collection, tenant relationships, and compliance
