Commercial Property Manager | Glasgow | Full-Time, Permanent
Are you a seasoned Management Surveyor or Commercial Property Manager ready to take on a broad portfolio and shape the future of Glasgow’s commercial estate? A well-established local authority organisation is looking for someone to lead the management and strategic development of a diverse property portfolio, including industrial estates, offices, retail units, and ground leases.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage leases, rent collection, tenant relationships, and compliance
- Strategic Asset Development: Add value through long-term planning and sustainable initiatives
- Market Engagement: Work with external agents and internal teams to support lettings, disposals, and investment performance
