Are you an experienced Sales Advisor seeking a role with one of the leading developers in the housebuilding industry?We are delighted to be working with a business who have established a national presence combined with local knowledge and expertise in all aspects of housing. For more than 90 years this business have been committed to enhancing local communities. As part of their continued expansion, this developer is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join their team.You will be based on a development in Glenrothes, working Thursday ā Monday, providing a professional service to all our customers and potential customers, with the aim of achieving sales and financial targets on allocated development and contributing to customer delight.As Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:Escorting visitors around the Sales complex and inform them of product prices, specifications, availability and local amenities etc.Receiving telephone enquiries from potential customers and provide appropriate sales information to encourage them to visit site.Maintaining contact with potential customers through regular updates of promotions etc.Maintaining regular contact with existing customers on all aspects of build, sales and progression.Following the standard follow-up procedure with customers 21 days after legal completion to check that everything is satisfactory.Receiving complaints/issues/concerns from customers and ensure that appropriate action is taken to address them.Liaising with the Sales Manager to understand targets for sales, revenues, exchanges and legal completions and endeavour to exceed these.Closing sales by completing the reservation form and taking reservation deposits in line with the Development Price List.Liaising with the Sales Manager to obtain approval for proposed sales and follow the due process.Organising and progress extras on each plot.Dealing with banks, building societies, solicitors and estate agents in a confident and professional manner in order to progress each sale to exchange of contracts in 6 weeks and then through to legal completion.Updating and maintain customer records, following up and chasing outstanding information as necessary.Holding and minute weekly meetings with the Site Manager in order to monitor and progress each plot.Key attributes required for the role:Previous experience of building relationships with clients/customers.Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Initiative, drive and enthusiasm.Excellent communication skills.Good planning and organisational skills.The ability to work calmly under pressure.Proven experience in similar role.This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and make an impact within a flourishing business.Reach out Ashleigh today to register your interest in this position.Pettigrew Recruitment Group Limited is an equal opportunities employer and acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
