We welcome applications from experienced Early Year Practitioner who will support our work to ensure learners at Craigroyston Primary develop the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to demonstrate four key capacities – to be successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors.The successful candidate will have experience of working in a school environment and be willing to work flexibly in order to meet the needs of the service. They will also be competent users of ICT and have knowledge and experience of using databases, spreadsheets and word documents. Excellent communication skills and experience of working to tight deadlines is essential.Candidates will be expected to provide basic first aid and administer medication as appropriate. A suitable qualification in first aid or a willingness to undertake any necessary training is essential.Our school, supported by AMEY, benefits from a diverse staff team with a range of experiences and interests. We have a pupil support team consisting of PSA, EYP and PSO practitioners, a vibrant nursery and 13 classes taught by a mixture of full time and part time teachers and a visiting PE teacher.
