Key responsibilities:
- Assist account managers with internal tasks, including preparing samples and managing tender enquiries.
- Utilise CRM Monday.com and ERP Epicor, becoming an expert in both platforms to support efficient workflows.
- Host and manage quotes in Excel, ensuring documents are well-organised, updated, and formatted correctly.
- Edit, tidy, and print important Excel documents as needed.
- Generate high-quality sales literature using Adobe Express to support business development efforts.
- Assist in implementing social media strategies by posting content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally over the phone and via email, providing excellent service and support.
What we are looking for:

- Passionate about design and creativity β an interest in the industry is a bonus!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel β comfortable handling data and documents.

Salary: Β£17,000 per annum
Working hours: 37.5hrs a week. Monday - Thursday, 8:45-5pm, Friday is from 8:45am-4pm.
