S10Home is a growing furniture and interiors brand specialising in beautiful solid wood furniture and sofa-beds. We work with private clients, interior designers and trade partners, combining strong design, excellent service and a personal showroom experience.
We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded person to join our Fulham showroom and help grow both our retail and B2B sales. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys client-facing showroom work but is also excited by outreach, relationship-building and closing trade opportunities.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome clients to our Fulham showroom and deliver a warm, premium customer experience
- Guide customers, designers and trade clients through our collections, finishes and material options
- Follow up showroom leads, quotations, samples and product enquiries
- Build relationships with interior designers, architects, developers and hospitality clients
- Proactively reach out to new trade prospects and open new partnership opportunities
- Manage B2B conversations from first contact through to quotation and conversion
- Keep a clear pipeline of leads, follow-ups and trade accounts in our systems
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in sales, showroom, interiors, furniture or trade account management
- Confidence speaking with clients in person, by phone and by email
- A proactive commercial mindset and the ability to turn interest into orders
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using Shopify, CRM tools or similar systems
- Fluent English; Russian or Ukrainian is nice to have
