Key Responsibilities
- B2B Outreach & Partnerships
- Proactive Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential B2B partners, including interior design studios, architects, property developers, and hospitality businesses.
- Relationship Management: Manage incoming B2B inquiries, conduct negotiations, and follow up with interested companies to close deals.
- Outbound Sales: Actively pitch our collections to professional clients to establish long-term partnerships and trade accounts.
- Lead Tracking: Maintain a pipeline of professional contacts and ensure regular engagement with our design community.
- Welcome and assist clients in our Fulham showroom, providing a premium brand experience.
- Present and explain furniture collections, materials, finishes, and design options.
- Send samples and product information to prospective customers and designers.
What We're Looking For
- Sales Mindset: Comfortable making outbound calls/emails and confident in negotiating B2B contracts.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Professional, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized and capable of managing both showroom walk-ins and a remote sales pipeline.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Shopify or similar platforms (training provided).
- Language: English fluency required; Russian or Ukrainian language is nice to have.
