Twenty years ago, Les Composantes began with a selection of vintage pieces, born from a desire for creative independence and an eye for detail. That instinct and an appreciation for design that endures have shaped everything that followed. From there, Sézane was born in Paris in 2013. Since then, la famille has continued to grow, with Octobre Éditions for men, Les Composantes reimagined as a home and lifestyle destination, and Petit Sézane for children. Our story has unfolded like life itself: through instinct, spontaneity, and learning. We developed a singular approach to detail, service, and connection. A way of imagining a Parisian wardrobe for real life, first online and later through our Appartements. From day one, we have been guided by a commitment to making beautiful design accessible, without ever compromising on quality.

To continue to co-construct the next chapter and beyond, we are looking for creative, organized and agile talents, who share our passion to perpetually improve all that can be. Care to imagine what comes next with us? We can't wait to hear from you!

We are looking for the talent of a Full time Sales Assistant (M/F) to join our retail teams, on a full time contract. We have opportunities to join either our store in Marylebone or in Notting Hill, and soon in Chelsea. Starting asap, this can be a permanent or a fixed-term contract (if fixed term, it will be until early January 2027).

Reporting to the Store Director, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Delivering a unique customer experience: Make the customer the priority of the apartment to ensure optimal customer service; embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (grooming standards); welcome your customers with generosity and empathy to offer them the best possible experience; consider the personality of your Customers to identify their desires; introduce the Brand and our different universes/products; be an ambassador for the Brand's omnichannel approach (apartment and web); show curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and products; be proactive in suggesting specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique; handle complaints and customer dissatisfaction to satisfy and retain our customers; know our CSR policy to respond to customers.
  • Ensuring the Brand image: Know the basic rules of Sezane merchandising; check product labeling on the floor; participate in merchandising implementation and ensure its follow-up; offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience; monitor and maintain the commercial level of the point of sale; have a fashion culture to be able to make suggestions.
  • Ensuring smooth Operations: Apply Sezane policies, standards, and procedures; process transactions and respect procedures related to operations; perform specific process treatments (returns, exchanges, reservations); participate in defining the necessary staff to meet customer expectations; ensure proper inventory management.
  • Having team spirit: Be a team player, participate in all ancillary tasks; participate in creating a positive and harmonious environment to create group synergy; relay the brand's commitments.

You have previous successful experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, restaurants, sales, events... or not yet, but are driven by customer relations? You have a sense of service, excellent presentation skills, and a strong sensitivity to fashion; you have team spirit, the desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and galvanizing environment; you don't like to be bored because you have boundless energy?

Sezane recruits and values all talents, regardless of your gender, age, nationality, culture, religious beliefs, and sexual orientation. Do you recognize yourself in this description and wish to join the Sezane adventure? Then wait no longer!

✨Show Off Your Customer Service Skills

We should have examples on hand of how we've handled difficult situations or gone above and beyond to meet a customer's needs. These anecdotes will bring your application to life!

✨Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems

Many retail roles require us to work with Point of Sale (POS) systems, so it's a good idea to brush up on any relevant software you’ve used before.
